		All Tri-Tec Manufacturing vendors are advised that our purchases of materials, parts, and assemblies are subject to the following conditions: 1.   By accepting our purchase order, you are agreeing to our standard purchasing terms and conditions. 2.   Specialty metals supplied to Tri-Tec Manufacturing must comply with U.S. Department of Defense prime contract requirements. Supplier / processor agrees to comply with DFARS 252.225-7014 ( Alternate I ) – preference for domestic specialty metals. Items containing or made from specialty metals that are supplied to Tri-Tec Manufacturing must be melted in the United States or a qualifying country.. Objective evidence of compliance (signed certification of conformance citing DFARS 252.225-7014, Alternate I and/or date & place of melt with authorized signature) must be supplied with each shipment.
