Unitork Hydraulic Valve Actuators are designed to incorporate all the essential features to provide remote operation of valves, both multi-turn and quarter turn applications. Actuators conform to the appropriate MIL Spec. and the quality control procedured are in accordance with MIL-I-45208. Model MT Actuators are for multiturn valves (Gate, Globe, etc.) and Model QT Actuators are for 90 degree turn valves (Butterfly, Ball, etc.)

Model MT

The actuator consistes of a hydraulic motor in accordance with MIL-P-18111A, worm and worm wheel drive gear, machine drive bushing with thrust bearings, a manual handwheel for local operation, 4 independently adjustable limit switches, local valve position indicator, and stem protection tube.

The actuator consistes of a hydraulic motor in accordance with MIL-P-18111A, a self-locking worm and worm wheel drive gear, a manual handwheel for local operation, 6 independently adjustable limit switches and adjustable end stops the prevent over travel.

Tri-Tec Company manufactures control panels to operate the Model MT and QT Unitork Valve Actuators. The panel consists of an assembly including the hydraulic reservoir with sight gauge, fill connection and drain valve, shutoff valves with the 4 way diverter, and a pressure gauge. The panels can be configured to operate one of 2 valves from a single pump and reservoir. Panels are fully qualified to MIL-S-901C and vibration to MIL-STD-167.
